Mafeking Business Plan Workshop
The following is a workshop to gain Rover contribution to the Mafeking Rover Park business plan.
Time: 20-25 mins
Set the room up as a fishbowl discussion. This means having a circle of 5-6 people in the centre of the room, while the remaining people sit in the surrounding circle and listen. Only the people in the centre as well as the facilitator have the right to speak. At any point, anyone from the outside circle can get up and tap someone in the centre on the shoulder and replace them. If this is not happening frequently enough, the facilitator can spur this on. Invite people who wouldn't otherwise contribute to a large discussion.
