Updating Crew information in "Find-A-Crew"

You may have heard that VicRovers has recently updated the “Find a Crew” function on our website.

Here's a quick guide to assist you in managing your Crew's contact details.

How do I get my Crew's information updated?

  1. Login to VicRovers.com
  2. Select “Find a Crew” from the “Join Rovers” menu
  3. Find your Crew on the map, or use the “Search” function to find your Crew from the entries below the map
  4. Select the name of your Crew – this takes you to the Crew entry
  5. Select “Edit” underneath the bottom right hand corner of the entity listing page
  6. Make any changes to the entry listing
  7. Check the box “I accept that the Victorian Rovers Team, may update and correct my entry”
  8. Select “Send” to submit your entry to a moderator – NOTE that your entry will not update instantly as submissions are moderated.

Personal information - Permission for public useage

When updating entries, please remember that this information becomes public information. As such, be sure to get permission from individuals first before posting personal information. Permission for use of information is the responsibility of individual crews.

I can't find my Rover Crew in "Find a Crew"

During the process of updating the "Find a Crew" function, there are some entries that are either out of date or not present. To update or add your Crew, simply select "Add Entry" and insert your Crew's information, using the process outlined above. 

Congrats! You’ve just updated your Crew details!

Be sure to pass this process on to other members of your Crew so that details are updated as the Crew grows and changes.
